Are the paints safe for kids?

We use water colours chosen for kids' craft time — non-toxic and easy to rinse. As with any art materials, we recommend painting with adult supervision and covering clothes and surfaces.

When do kits launch, and how much are they?

We're launching as early as possible. Join the launch list below and you'll hear first.

How do you use my child's photo on the Artists Wall?

Only with a parent's OK. We show the painting, a first name and age — never faces or surnames — and remove it any time you ask.

Can I order for a birthday party or as gifts?

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use our website, join a list, submit an enquiry, or upload content (such as a painting for the Little Artists Wall), and how we use and protect that information.

By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit personal information.

Who this applies to

Our site is intended for parents, guardians, and educators acting on behalf of children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without a parent or guardian’s involvement. If you believe a child has submitted data without consent, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Information we collect

Contact details you provide: name, email address, phone number (including WhatsApp), city or event details, party sizes, and messages in enquiry or waitlist forms.

Wall of Fame submissions: a photo of the finished painting, the child’s first name, age, and optional notes — not the child’s face (as stated on the form).

Free colouring sheets access: email or contact used to verify signup; session cookies to unlock the printable page after you join the list.

Technical data: basic server and security logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) and cookies needed for site function, admin login, and form security.

How we use information

To respond to enquiries, process waitlist and launch-list signups, and send confirmations or follow-ups you requested.

To operate the Little Artists Wall after moderation, store approved entries, and display first name, age, and artwork as described on the site.

To provide gated access to free colouring sheet downloads for people on our list.

To improve the website, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Service providers & sharing

We use trusted providers to run the site: hosting (e.g. Vercel), database (Supabase), image hosting for wall photos (Cloudinary), and email delivery (SMTP) when configured. They process data only to provide services to us and under appropriate safeguards.

Approved Wall of Fame entries (first name, age, painting image) are shown publicly on the website.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security of users and IRA Creations.

Retention

We keep form submissions and wall entries for as long as needed to operate the service, communicate with you, and maintain the gallery, unless you ask us to delete your data or we no longer need it for the purpose collected.

You may request deletion of your contact details or a wall submission by emailing us (see Contact). Public wall entries removed on request may take a short time to disappear from caches.

Security

We use industry-standard measures such as HTTPS, access controls for admin areas, and secure hosting. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices & rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for marketing messages, subject to applicable law in India.
