Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to iracreations.co.in and IRA Creations services described on the site (waitlists, enquiries, free printables, Little Artists Wall, and pre-launch information about DIY painting kits).

By using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Our services

IRA Creations offers DIY painting kits and related creative products for children, primarily in India. Product details, pricing, and availability on the site are subject to change until official launch. Joining a waitlist or enquiry list does not guarantee purchase or delivery dates.

Free colouring sheets and interactive demos are provided for personal, non-commercial family use unless we state otherwise.

Forms, lists & access

You agree to provide accurate contact information when signing up or enquiring. You are responsible for messages sent from your email or phone number.

Colouring-sheet access is limited to people who complete the signup flow we describe on the site. Sharing bypass links or bulk-downloading for redistribution is not permitted.

We may remove spam, duplicate, or abusive submissions without notice.

Little Artists Wall

By submitting a painting photo, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian (or have their permission), the image shows the artwork and not the child’s face, and you grant IRA Creations a non-exclusive licence to display, resize, and promote the image on the website and social channels in connection with the Wall.

We moderate submissions and may reject or remove content that breaks our guidelines, includes identifying photos of children, is offensive, or infringes others’ rights.

Intellectual property

The IRA Creations name, logo, website design, kit artwork, printable sheets, and marketing content are owned by IRA Creations or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or resell site content or printables for commercial use without written permission.

User-submitted wall photos remain yours; you grant us the display licence described above.

Acceptable use

You will not attempt to hack, overload, or misuse the site; upload malware; harvest other users’ data; or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Admin and API routes are for authorised use only.

Products, safety & supervision

Craft kits involve paints and small parts. Adult supervision is recommended, especially for young children. Follow any instructions included with the product. You are responsible for safe use in your home or venue.

Colours and materials are described on the site as child-oriented water colours; sensitivity varies by child — discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Disclaimers

The site and pre-launch information are provided “as is”. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is error-free or that the site will be uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IRA Creations is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify IRA Creations against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your wall submission, or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be noted on the site. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
